Facilities Services

Facilities Services manages Luther's fleet vehicles, including cars, mini-vans and full-size vans. Faculty, staff, and students requiring use of a college vehicle must read the Vehicle Use Handbook (see links), successfully submit the Driver Application and Agreement (included in the Vehicle Use Handbook), and take a Defensive Driving Test (available online; see links).

Registered drivers may reserve a fleet vehicle via e-mail: driveit@luther.edu.

Facilities Services also issues cellular phones appropriated for college use and keys to campus facilities. This office also coordinates college-owned off-campus housing.
